This bulletin board is intended to be a central location for Windmill Ranch residents and property owners to post notices of items of interest, items for sale, items you would like to buy, etc...

In addition, real estate agents, vendors and others who would like to provide products or services to the residents of Windmill Ranch are welcome to post advertisements for their business or services.

The Great Dane found yesterday on the West side of Windmill Ranch, has been taken to Mohave County Animal Shelter.

He has been fixed and has a very sweet personality. If you know his owner please let them know where he can be found.

We're making progress on the water project at the POA property at Bull Spring Drive and Clove Hitch Road. The well is provisioned, the tanks are positioned and the plumbing is completed between the well and the tanks. Next on the list is installing the solar panels and controller to run the well pump.

Update 3/1/25
Packages are being delivered to the horse trailer again. You don't always get a notification. Sometimes FedEx too. If your missing a package check the horse trailer.

I personally saw Tim take a package to the horse trailer. Take that piece of information for what it's worth. If you are missing a package check the horse trailer. Who knows, maybe someone complained enough for the rest of us who want to get our packages there.

The post office will no longer deliver any packages to the horse trailer. They received a complaint from someone about it not being secure. If you order something that will not fit in a parcel locker you will have to pick it up at the post office.

Additionally, please pick up your packages from the parcel lockers right away. They need to reuse them every day.

Fedex and UPS will deliver to the horse trailer for those of you beyond the front of the ranch. As far as I know Fedex and UPS will only deliver to Bear, Mtn Lion, Mtn Goat, A-Frame Ct, E.Badger and to you that live on S. Bull Spring Dr.
